The Sheraton brand which is a member of Starwood Hotels is back with Sheraton Istanbul Maslak Hotel operated by O.C. Turizm since May 24 2007, after thirteen years of having a long break in Istanbul.

The name of O.C. Turizm originates from the initials of Mr.Cenk Kınay and Mr. Oğuz Serim, the owners of the company. By signing the franchise agreement with O.C. Turizm, Starwood took a spectecular step of opening Sheraton Istanbul Maslak Hotel which is the fourth investment project accomplished in Turkey.

Sheraton Istanbul Maslak, as the Istanbul link of Sheraton Hotels chain with more than 400 hotels in more than 70 countries, has commenced service after the extensive renovation process that covered one year.

Many accomplished investments throughout 20 years in Tourism field were made by Mr.Oğuz Serim, the chairman of O.C. Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. Mr.Serim opened the Magic Life Hotels by 1990 in Austria, the pionenering chain and initiater of all-inclusive system in countries ranging from Turkey, Greece, Tunisia, Spain, Egypt to Bulgaria with the capacity of 20 thousand beds in total, then sold this chain to TUI which is one of the topnotch tourism investers in Europe, by the end of 2004. Mr. Oguz Serim still contunious with his work as the partner or co-founder of multiple tourism companies including O.C. Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. established in 2006.

Our Hotel is inspected within unannounced schedules on the issues of service standards, food hygiene, job safety and security by many international institutions of inspection and LRA especially.

The periodical trainings under Sheraton Service Culture are provided by Starwood certified trainers.
